They lost my sea bag when I was meeting my ship 15 years ago. I had to buy underwear etc... I got my luggage back beat up and obviously rooted through about 4 months later. Keep bugging them

Thanks, we put tiles in our luggage. After returning home an emoyee at aa mailed back our luggage tag.

Thanks for your review. Hope your luggage shows up. Sounds like you may need to invest in an Apple air tag or other tracking device.
