Review summary

My wife and I sail with our friends to celebrate our anniversary and our friends birthday. With exception of the our poor experiences in the terminal we had a great cruise.

The terminal at Port of Miami was disorganized and extremely frustrating.

The food In Windjammer and the MDR was very good. I would have preferred a few more choices but overall it was delicious.

The shows were great with the exception of Cats. The performers were very good but the show has lost its appeal. People started walking out during the first act.

Our room steward and servers were great. They go above and beyond to make your cruise a memorable experience.

Ship Quality

The overall appearance of the ship was good. However, our stateroom (12626) needs work. The room smelled like body odor and several drawers were broken.

This was J4 Junior Suite and was very comfortable. Our room steward did a great job keeping the looking nice.

Ship tip

The OTS is nice but shows it’s age compared to the other ships in the Oasis class.

Disembarking from the ship was an easy process. However, once you step outside of the terminal it’s a madhouse with no organization. I’m from Miami and I will never cruise from that port again!

Curious about embarkation. Was it the ship or port that caused trouble? I am leaving out of Bayonne and just purchased the key for expedited boarding.
