Review summary

We had rooms 12908 and 12910 - GREAT LOCATIONS!!! My husband and I were in one room and my daughter/boyfriend were in the other. We were supposed to be linked and together at dinner. We were not. The first night we had to wait quite awhile for our dining to be changed. RC blamed your office. Fortunately by the 2nd night this was fixed. We really enjoyed the room location. Our ports were great. The ship was lovely. The only problems were all the teens that were let to run wild. There were no adults in sight and no RC staff were enforcing rules with the teens. I rented a scooter from RC and two night in a row teens stole the scooter. Teens were send speeding it up and down the hall with with RC staff in sight and nothing was said to them. At night the teens took over the solarium area, which they weren't even old enough to be in. Definitely will be sure not to sail again during Spring Break.

I'm wheelchair assisted and we embarked in 5 minutes!!!

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
Menu/policy changes have made the Main Dining room take twice as long. Food is not as good of quality.

Onboard Activities

2 out of 5
Reservations were not observed for shows. Ship was sold out/crowded and staff just let anyone walk into shows.

Entertainment

4 out of 5
Aqua80 seemed nice. I couldn't really see it well from the splash zone (only seats left). Skating show was nice. Cats production was nice.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
All staff was friendly and helpful.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Ship was set up nicely. Staff did a great job keeping the ship with over 6000 people on it clean.

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
Room was a nice set up and roomy. The carpet did have a sizeable stain on it.

Ship tip

Plan ahead. It's such a large ship with so much to do.

Ports of call

Miami, Florida

4 out of 5
The port was a great set up. The traffic getting into the port was a nightmare.

Perfect Day At Coco Cay, Bahamas

4 out of 5
The island is great. Many things to do. Nice beaches. Disappointed that the snack shacks were out of food items. No cheese sticks to be found.

Cozumel, Mexico

5 out of 5
We took a taxi to the square for shopping. Very friendly folks. Great shopping. Great restaurants.

Coxen Hole, Roatan, Bay Islands, Honduras

5 out of 5
We did an excursion with "Explore Roatan". We had a great island tour. Beautiful island. Beautiful port.

Costa Maya (Mahahual), Mexico

5 out of 5
We took taxi to Mahahaul beach and hung at Krazy Lobster. Had a nice time even though beach not super nice. Went back to port to swim in large pool. However, it was extremely dirty.

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
Organized and quick.

Appreciate your details. Spring Break seems longer than before; all of March & half of April. We avoid it, because we have been caught in just like you. Glad you enjoyed your cruise in spite of it.
