Overall had an awesome cruise. Fortunately, the on board mask requirement was removed but still had to wear it at various times, such as at the ports. Enjoyed the cruise more because the ship was only half full. I don't think it would have been as fun if fully booked because some of the areas of the ship seemed crowded enough as it was. I think these ships are figuring out ways to get more people onboard, with smaller cabins, without other areas of the ship being able to comfortably accommodate that many people.
Embarkation

A little stressful, with many different lines that must be stood in, each for different reasons.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining

Buffets were so so, as the food was not kept hot sometimes, the milk was spoiled sometimes, and the choices were similar from day to day. All but one meal in the dining room was excellent, enjoyed the service and our waiter "Wai".
Onboard Activities

Pools were too small for a ship of this size. Ship was a little over half full but the pools were full. Fitness center had nice equipment but wasn't large enough either. You were working out less than 3 feet from many others. The walking track was sheltered by the life boats, blocking the view of the ocean. Would be nice to have the track on a floor where there are more open views of the ocean and more lounge chairs to sit out of the sun while relaxing.
Entertainment

The Ice Skating Show was great! The music at the Aqua show was twice as loud as it needed to be. Even with my ears plugged it was loud. Took all the joy out of it. Noise level was dangerous for adults ears, let alone children. And they don't know any better. Hearing and eyesight are 2 very important things to protect throughout ones life.
Service and Staff

I only met one girl that was rude on the zip line ride but everyone else that I interacted with was excellent.

All good.
Cabin / Stateroom

Cabin was too small. The bed was too firm and the pillows were way too thick. Smallest balcony room and worst bedding I've seen on a cruise. My wife and I would wake up and the bottom sheet would be up to our waste and we would be sleeping directly on the mattress. Need a properly fitting fitted sheet. The pillows were too large and frumpy. Our steward brought us a couple of pillows that were softer and thinner for stomach sleepers.
Ship tip
Avoid the overcrowded buffet line and make a point of using the dining room's for you meals. Just remember that it takes over an hour to eat in the dining room.
Had a wonderful day in Coco Cay. Glad I paid for the waterslides, however there are places to relax and/or swim in the ocean for free. The 135 foot tall waterslide is more for kids, as it is fast, dark and the I thought I was going to drown with the water spraying in my face all the way down. The slides that use tubes and much more adult friendly.
Our snorkeling excursion was great. If you happened to have your own equipment you will have a better experience and the reef continues to suffer. But the fish were plenty.
Our snorkeling excursion wasn't as good as the first excursion but we still got to see some fish. Reef is not the prettiest and the food on this excursion was not the greatest. The snorkeling equipment was cheap quality but they couldn't afford to offer the high quality to everybody.
Enjoyed the Mayan Ruins. Our guide was of Mayan descent. Thought we were going to see a monkey that another guide had seen but we couldn't find it in the trees.
We had to get off the ship ASAP in order to get to our flights out of Fort Lauderdale. We started out near the front of the "walk off" line but when a Royal Caribbean employee showed up to organize the group we ended up being in the wrong place and got shoved to the back of the line. No big deal, that's life, and we easily made it to our flights.
