Oasis of the Seas in January 2022 was incredible. Sheer number or guests was dramatically slimmed down so everyone had their own space. Royal Caribbean really put a lot of effort into making everyone feel safe while keeping us informed. Drinks and food were fabulous. The staff is always incredible.
Embarkation
3 out of 5
This was one of the only stressful experiences I had with this cruise. I had received an email asking us to come 2 hours later than we had scheduled to embark. Problem is, I couldn't find any details on the original time that I had chosen, except my cruise planner said 2:30. Luckily, we had to check out of our hotel at 11, so I we just to try to get on the ship early. Luckily, no one checked the time we had originally requested. If I had tried to get on at 4:30 PM like I had planned, the ship would have left without us!
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
4 out of 5
150 Central Park was the highlight of the food on the ship. Chops was good but overrated, and the main dinning room was a little disappointing.
Onboard Activities
5 out of 5
Wow, there is no shortage of things to do on this ship. Water slides, the Abyss slide (I think that's what it was called), pools, hot tubs, whirl pools, fitness center, rock climbing wall, merry-go-round, candy store, and a bunch more.
Entertainment
4 out of 5
Music was great, the comedians were great, and their shows. My only complaint is that you are almost required to use your phone to make reservations. I couldn't keep my schedule straight but we really wanted to keep our phones off during the cruise. We had brought an older smart phone so we could take pictures, so I was able to keep track of our schedule, but it was a bummer to have to schedule out your week on day one or risk losing an opportunity to go.
Service and Staff

Always excellent, always go above and beyond.
Ship Quality

Beautiful ship, its impeccable.
Cabin / Stateroom

Beautiful room. The bathrooms are a bit small, its a little uncomfortable for big and tall people, but thats normal for all cruise cabins I think.
Ship tip
Great store sales on the last day of the cruise. You don't need an excursion in Coco Cay, its beautiful and relaxing all on its own. Oasis of the Seas did not have a very nice selection of "convince" items. Liberty of the Seas had an area to buy little odds and end you might have forgotten at home, this one did not. There is a Starbucks on board, which was amazing, and they take the Starbucks app (which is great, but I was trying not to use Wifi)
Our excursion got canceled, and this port is a little rough. Cozumel is beautiful though, but you need an excursion in order to leave the port/shopping area.
Wow, this port was amazing. It had its own water park and all of these different shops. It was clean and inviting. It was a whole other class of ports. It was so nice. Buses to excursions were clean, and there was no shortage of things to do. I could have stayed there all week.
