We love Royal Caribbean and have 3 cruises already booked for next year. We are loyal to Royal!! Don't like having to wear masks. If we are all vaccinated, not sure why it is necessary. The drink machines always seemed to be messed up. There was no Dasani water in the machine even though it said there was. Sometimes it would only put a small amount in the cup and say you couldn't get another refill for 50 minutes??? Overall we love everything about cruising.

Our room steward, Marcelino Bunayog was excellent. He did a super job. Most waiters were excellent, especially Steven and Louis in the main dining room. Our breakfast waiters in the main dining room were also excellent: Gwendlyn and Francis. Some of the waiters and servers in the Solarium Bistro were not as kind. They were talking to each other and ignoring people waiting in line to be served. They were very short with people and did not display the usual kindness that most staff do.

Cabin / Stateroom

This is the same cabin we have had the last several cruises we have taken. We love the 14th floor and being located in the center of the ship. The size is great for 3 people. There is great storage and plenty of closet space. We love having the balcony. It would be nice to have 3 chairs on the balcony when there are 3 guest in the room.
We love Coco Cay and have been there several times. We were disappointed again that we were not able to go up in the balloon. The last 2 cruises we were booked for the balloon and it has been cancelled both times. Maybe the 3rd time will be the charm. Overall Coco Cay is one of our most favorite places to go. The food is great, lots of choices. We love lounging by the water and enjoying reading a book. It is a beautiful place!
This was our favorite port next to Coco Cay. It is beautiful and it fits so well into the surrounding area. Lots of great shops! Would love to go back again!!
