Review summary

This cruise was truly one of a kind for us. We were in star class and I would never change it for anything. If you’ve been on the fence about cruising in star class or cruising in general during the pandemic it’s been the best ever. We didn’t feel anything was lacking. Yes masks were required indoors but I always had a drink in my hand so I never felt that it was that big a deal. I also loved that it was at half capacity so it was enough time to do everything and enough space. The food was amazing at every venue we ate at.

Embarkation

4 out of 5
With unvaccinated children it’s a big wonky at first because a lot of the people in port are all over the place. But after they’ve taken their tests it was easy

Ship experiences

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
There was just about enough for everyone including unvaccinated children to do but I wish they added just a few more shows for unvaxxed kids.

Children's Programs

4 out of 5
The kids club was still fun but the kids in the 6-12 age group could play with other kids that weren’t related to them

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
The staff was amazing including our genie. He had everything so special

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
One of the best cabins on the ship. We had so much space to just relax I loved it.

Ship tip

Book all of your shows as soon as you get on the ship. Do plenty of investigation because things are changing daily with covid testing etc.

How many hours were you allowed to reserve at Adventure Ocean and were you able to get the slots you needed, easily?
