Horrible. Everything was done in the app prior to arriving at cruise port and it still took 2 hours in line before getting on ship. Only to show someone the vaccine record which was already uploaded.

I must have gotten lucky because I arrived about 10 minutes before scheduled check in time and was on the ship in less than 1 hour but I'm sure some waited a lot longer because those waiting in line with a later check in time were told they had to wait until their check in time was called. I find it very difficult to get to the port at a specific time when you are driving long distances not knowing what traffic will be like. Sorry you had to wait so long

We really enjoyed our cruise. The new health and safety protocols were enforced and well organized. Masks are required only for indoor venues . The crew were genuinely cheerful and service was stellar. The ship is clean and we felt very safe .
