It was a great cruise! A few hiccups but nothing major other than the disappointment at Coco Beach Club. Would definitely go to Perfect Day at Coco Cay again, just not Coco Beach Club. Everything else looked really awesome! Service was great, cabin was nice, had a lot of fun and met some very nice people! Had a nice surprise when my husband's cousin and his wife were also on this cruise. We all had a great time.

Food and Dining

Food was OK. Ate at all the specialty restaurants. Most favorite was Izumi hibachi. Least favorite was 150 Central Park. Giovanni's was probably a close second to least favorite. Excellent food at Windjammer's but not a huge selection. MDR was OK. Great service though. Ate there once for lunch and once for dinner. Packed people in with very little to regard to social distancing. Loved Trellis Bar in Central Park and Karareoke bar. Doghouse was good. BBQ place was AMAZING! Worth the extra cost. Playmaker's was also really good and excellent service. Also worth the extra. Johnny Rockets was good. Service OK. Kind of worth the extra. Disinterested waiter didn't tell us there was unlimited everything. We aren't huge eaters but it would have been nice to know that. Didn't know until after we left. Kind of our fault for not looking into it first.
Onboard Activities

Lots of events were vaccinated only which is fine, we are vaccinated. People hogged seats and sat in areas they weren't supposed to. Took away from the enjoyment.
Entertainment

Saw CATS and thought it was well done. Also enjoyed the band in the centrum. Enjoyed the guitar player at the BBQ place. We didn't go to any other show. Just not our thing. People said the water and ice shows were great. We wanted to catch one of the water shows towards the end of the cruise but they were cancelled due to wind. Hopefully next time! Everything else was great.

Everyone was very nice and helpful.
Ship Quality

The ship was very clean. It was our first time on this ship and the biggest we have ever sailed on to date. We really liked the layout and although huge, it wasn't too hard to find our way around. Really liked it. The 4 stars is because I slipped and fell outside the elevators near Central Park at the aft of the ship. I was OK but was in pain for a few days with a sore ankle and arm. I was told that the warm air from outside hits the cold air from the inside and causes condensation on the floor. I guess they knew about it? There were no signs and no floor mats. Be careful in this area!!!
Cabin / Stateroom

We had a Jr Suite, J3 on deck 8; cabin 8236. It was very nice. Loved the balcony. Did not like the shower curtain sticking to me. Yuck. We had Putu as our cabin steward and he was so sweet and very professional.
The island itself (at least the parts we went to) were OK. We booked Coco Beach Club. That is where I give ONE star. HATED it. It was very crowded, kids running around, chair hogs that should have been dealt with...swiftly and were not. No changing room, constant lines for the ladie's room. Never got a bracelet and was treated like trash when we tried to leave so we could use a rest room at one of the other areas. We were never given a bracelet when we entered. We weren't given anything. There was nobody there to greet us. The food was excellent as was the food service. So very glad that we got a cheap deal on tickets. If I hadn't taken a fall the night before on the ship, I might have been able to enjoy the beach but didn't want to chance walking on sand and further injuring myself. We were so very excited about this place and we were hugely disappointed. Especially with the chair hogs. People put a towel or a pair of glasses on the poolside chairs and not one time did we see anyone at any one of them. There was one lady that sat for a few minutes to put on lotion and then left again to go to the beach!!! Ugh. So frustrating. Don't be a chair hog. It's rude.
Did Blackbeard's Pirate ship through the cruise line. It was a lot of fun. Would recommend. Lots of fun for kids of all ages and kids at heart. Great boat ride around the harbor area. Took nice pictures. Been to Nassau many times but never did this before and it was well worth it.
