I would definitely sail with this ship again provided it went to better ports.
Embarkation
5 out of 5
Embarkation went very smooth. The staff even went out of their way to help my sister when she had an issue.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
5 out of 5
Everything I ate on the ship was simply amazing except for the eggplant dinner and the ahi tuna which was a bit dry and hard.
I was introduced to one of the pastry chefs.
Onboard Activities
5 out of 5
I found out that sliding down the abyss with no hands was way more fun. Besides how else was I supposed to video tape it with my hands on the reigns.
Entertainment
5 out of 5
The water show was amazing I went to see it a couple times.. The ice skating show was very good. The ship's rendition of Cats was actually better than the original. The comedians were very good and if you don't want to be in the show don't sit in the front row.
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
Every person that works on this ship does an outstanding job.
Ship Quality
5 out of 5
The layout of the ship was kind of odd. I found a lot of wasted space in the middle of the ship. And the cabins that go towards the rear of the ship have no connection because of the rock climbing wall. Also the ship does not contain a traditional atrium in my opinion.
Cabin / Stateroom
5 out of 5
Cabin was good the shower was amazing.. But the bed rocks side by side instead of head to toe. So the comedian did have a solution to this problem. He mentioned to take a blue pill and your kickstand will keep you from rolling out of bed.
Ship tip
The moment that you enter the ship drop everything you're doing and connect to the Wi-Fi. This way you can make reservations for early dinner before it's all gone and grab all the shows you can. Otherwise you have a decision to make either dinner or a show but you can't do both. But if you fail to get a show you can always show up 5 minutes before and see if there is an empty seat for you.
Glad we did not bother going over to that island because I heard most of it was closed. We walked around on our own.. Queen's staircase and and the rum distillery.
I agree it was a nice ship. But I'm over Nassau and Port Canaveral.
My only grip is there are not enough windows in the venues. I love sitting in the scooner bar on other ships and looking at the sea.
Most confusing review I have ever read. Agree with cruise2004, possible got the idea wrong, but who ever hear of 1 star for great service and 5 for lousy?
Glad you had a wonderful time. Possibly human error, your star ratings do not match your comments. Admin can help if you wish to change. Thanks for sharing your experience.
