Review summary

We had my time dinning and was seated very close to others. Spook to Wyland (Asst Supervisor on the 3rd floor Dinning), she was able to move us to set time and better seating. She was great and made our cruise wonderful, if we had to sit close to others every day, would have ruined our cruise.

Embarkation

5 out of 5
Easy, arrived at your set time and we were on in last than 30 minutes.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
My last cruise was on the Anthem Feb 2020, missed all the food, love it all. Disappointed in the Portside BBQ, it was way too salty. All other food venues are great.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
Pools and hot tubs. This is a return to cruising cruise and just wanted to relax. Spend lots of time in the casino.

Entertainment

3 out of 5
Cats was not so great, music were great everywhere. The group Phoenix was great in the Music hall. The scheduling of shows were not too good, I guess due to the covid.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
All great, every one we had interaction with were great,

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
For an older ship, she is still in great sharp and well maintained.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Again for an older ship, the room is well maintained. We had the Central Park balcony, will choose this over Ocean view any day. I love opening the balcony door and seeing the park and hearing all the music, were wonderful.

Ship tip

Solarium Bistro, reservation required, but free. Great Mediterranean food.

Ports of call

Cape Liberty (Bayonne), New Jersey

3 out of 5
This port has nothing, just a point to get on and off.

Port Canaveral, Florida

3 out of 5
Did not get off, Florida being a hot spot, we stay on and enjoyed the ship.

Perfect Day At Coco Cay, Bahamas

5 out of 5
Love this place, such a wonderful place.

Nassau, Bahamas

4 out of 5
Lots of construction, hoping for something wonderful to come. We went on our own. We walked to a nearby beach Junkanoo, paid $20 per person (4), for four chairs and two umbrellas and the use of all water equipment (Water bike, kayak, tubs, etc for the entire day. Great value.

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
Easy, self assist and off in 10 minutes.

Just needed to remember that everyone including you were vaccinated. Why would you be concerned?
