They added them at the seats at Lime & Coconut and all the day beds on sun deck have them. And they added charging station on pool deck

We watched an amped Oasis video on YouTube that said they added quite a number of USB ports around the ship.

You will never see USB Jack's throughout ship. If battery life of your devices is a issue, get a portable battery power charger pack. If you use social media on a cruise or can be a big battery eater.
