The balcony doors was not handicap assessable my daughter was not able to go out on the balcony and less I open the door for her and she’s a very strong girl I reported it to the ship they come in work done it three times and then management came up they are with me a discount on another cruise but it was not handicap assessable why do I want to do it I am supposed to be receiving an email from Royal Caribbean .
