Review summary

You Won't be seeing us anytime soon. It's back to Norwegian and their smaller, less crowded, ships.

Embarkation

4 out of 5
Crowded and time consuming

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
Your timing is terrible. When the shows end at 9pm just about all of your non pay restaurants close as well. I complained about this years ago and nothing has changed! Charging for clean drinking water is rediculous! No wonder disease spreads on the ships. Bottled water should be free and everyone should be encouraged to drink enough to keep well hydrated. This is coming from a RN with a specialty in infectious disease.

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
Pools were overcrowded with zero chairs available.

Hurray for RCCL. Apologies to Norwegian.

I've enjoyed the Oasis class and smaller ships with several other cruiselines, to each their own, enjoy yourselves and bon voyage. And keep us posted. Cheers

Oasis class ships are the best. So much to do. Oasis in a couple days and already booked on Symphony of the seas for 2019. Love RCCL!

There will be less to do on a smaller ship. You won't have an ice rink or promanad on the smaller ships. My husband and I just went on our 14th cruise with Royal Caribbean and loved it. It is not always crowded on the ships. There are just so many things to do on the Oasis. We really enjoyed our cruise. By staying with the same cruise line you earn points. We are diamond members now. We started with the smaller ships and worked our way up. Enjoy your selves what ever you choose to do.

So, charging for bottled water causes disease? Can we see this study? The regular tap water is treated and just as safe as any other city water source. Make sure she isn't my nurse, please.

Oasis was fabulous! But so isn’t NCL.

Why? The size of the ship determines people capacity? So a smaller ship would give you the same crowd size wouldn't it?
