Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Food, drinks quality was excellent and had a wonderful valentines dinner at Chops

Chop's Grille

5 out of 5

The steaks, service and atmosphere made for a perfect Valentine’s Day dinner.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
You can ice skate, rock climb, play mini golf, ride a carousel, see great shows or do nothing

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Make sure to get your reservations but once you do the ice show, diving show, Comedy shows are great. They need to consider replacing Cats with something more contemporary. The clubs have good performers as well. And there are Dreamworks characters for the kids.

Children's Programs

5 out of 5

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Attentive and friendly

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Big, but easy to get around and surprisingly not very crowded expect for Windjammer during peak meal times

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Comfortable, clean and well appointed. Steward was attentive

Ship tip

Make sure to reserve your shows and execursions prior to departure to avoid waits and disappointments. Also avoid the Windjammer during peak times and try Park Cafe or hotdogs on boardwalk instead.

Ports of call

Philipsburg, St. Maarten

4 out of 5
Some storm damage still visible but beach is great. Be firm with beach solicitors and they will go away after a few minutes and stop bothering you.

San Juan, Puerto Rico

5 out of 5
Good shopping and restaurants/bars near port. Short 20-30minute walk to the fort, should see it you haven’t before.

Labadee (Cruise Line Private Island)

5 out of 5
Great place to relax, good beach barbecue.

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
Very easy process, avoid the wait in customs by paying a porter $3-5 per bag to guide you to a shorter line.

Loved oasis :) I actually loved Cats :) but on my favorite ship Anthem, the shows are very contemporary and I did not enjoy them, lol Just goes to show to each his own! Sounds like you would love Anthem too! You should try her!!!
