Review summary

Thoroughly enjoyed our warm winter getaway and seeing ports we'd never seen before. The ship was icing on the cake with many activities and choices. Something for everyone!

Embarkation

5 out of 5
Had anticipated long lines, but because we had competed online check-in, process went smoothly.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Wonderful service and great food.

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
Enjoyed the pools, but sadly, some people ignore lounge chair etiquette, and keep choice chairs reserved while leaving pool area for extended time. Loved the walking/jogging deck! There were so many options and so many things to do, with so little time, we didn't get to some of them.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
We attended Come Fly with Me and the aquatic show. Both were excellent.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Rooms were clean and steward was very accommodating. Dining area waiters were attentive, friendly, and courteous.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Ship is designed to accommodate the many cruisers by having many neighborhoods. People were dispersed to all areas, allowing no one area to be overwhelmed.

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
Cabin was very comfortable, with sofa and chair for seating other than bed. Some furnishings are showing wear and tear (bed skirt and curtains). Cabin was clean. Location near Central Park was ideal for access to Park Cafe for afternoon coffee or stroll.

Ship tip

Watch the Getting About the Ship video to help you navigate the ship. Also, exploring each floor on the first day or two was helpful.

Ports of call

Port Canaveral, Florida

5 out of 5
Did not do any excursions here. We've visited and toured the area several times before. A tour of NASA is great!

Labadee (Cruise Line Private Island)

4 out of 5
Pretty beach area! We did the zip line and enjoyed that! If it was posted anywhere, we missed it, but the buffet at Labadee was included with your visit. We explored the area, then got back on the ship for lunch.

Falmouth, Jamaica

4 out of 5
We went to Dunn's River waterfalls and climbed the falls. It's harder than it looks, but we enjoyed the challenge. The day we were there was rainy, which made it pretty chilly, but we were going to get wet anyway!

Cozumel, Mexico

4 out of 5
Went to Playa Mia for the day. Fun resort with lots to do for all ages!

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
We used the Self Assist disembarkation method, as we had a 7 hour drive home. Even though it had a long line of others doing the same thing, we lined up, disembarked the ship, made it through the terminal, and to off site parking within 45 min.
