My room steward William was superb, the dining attendants were all great, but some others around the ship were rude and curt. One chick on the Promenade snatched up a chair and almost hit us in the head.

The ship is overall lovely, but the carpets on our deck and room was awfully worn.

Our cabin was well attended, but the carpet was worn and the room small and crowed with the layout.
Ship tip
Honestly, be prepared to be wowed. You should have a ball, unless you don't like large vessels.
