Great cruise, great staff, awesome ports and excursions! The entertainment options were immense - we went non-stop every day! Amazing experience, we'll be back soon!
Embarkation
5 out of 5
Although the line at the terminal was rather long, it moved very quickly through security. When proceeding to get our SeaPass cards, an attendant that was directing lines noticed that I was a 'Gold' Crown and Anchor member (nothing special), we were directed into the Platinum (+) line - we were done in minutes. After that, a couple quick photos and we were onboard!

Food and Dining
4 out of 5
We had My Time Dining and even with reservations, we had to wait 15+ minutes to be seated. Food the first day was not great, as though they were finishing up stock from the prior cruise. After the second day, the food was always excellent, no matter where we ate. We dined at IZUMI on the second formal night and it was fantastic.
Onboard Activities
5 out of 5
We were non-stop the entire cruise a still barely scratched the full itinerary of things to do.
Entertainment
5 out of 5
Oasis of Dreams show - although the storyline was hard to follow - the performers were excellent. All of the entertainment options, even the Belly Flop competition, were well worth our time.
Children's Programs
No kids with us on this cruse
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
Our stateroom attendant, Maxine, was awesome. She remembered what we were doing each day and made it a point to ask about it the next time she saw us.
Ship Quality
5 out of 5
Sometimes we would get a little turned around, but the ship has a lot of interactive maps and was always clean.
Cabin / Stateroom
5 out of 5
Our cabin was larger than we expected, the view was great and we were able to enjoy our down time without feeling cramped.
Locals selling at the market (or even during the excursions) can get rather aggressive when trying to sell crafts. We went on a kayak tour - our guide was funny and very engaging. We got to see the locals in their element - even if we didn't go onshore.
We visited Dunns River Falls as well as the Green Grotto Caves. Getting onto our tour bus was a bit hectic, but our guide was excellent and we had a great experience.
We went on the Tulum Ruins and Beach Break excursion. The ferry ride to mainland Mexico was intense - the ferry pitched quite a bit in the waves, we were lucky and didn't suffer motion sickness like others did. Our tour guide was great, he was able to keep the group together as we walked to the tour bus. An older couple on the tour struggled to keep up with his pace at times, but it was because the schedule was so tight. Free time at the ruins was only about 10-15 minutes. Maybe reducing the beach break time a little would help this.
