Review summary

Was my worst cruise to date. I still enjoyed some parts of the cruise, but overall a bust! The smaller ship's are by far the way l will cruise from now on. Maybe not as much to do but there is room to do what you want.

Embarkation

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
Food was good in buffet, main dining was excellent best food on ship.

Onboard Activities

3 out of 5
Pools were okay, water was chilly most of the time.

Entertainment

4 out of 5
Show's were fun, water show was exciting worth going to.

Children's Programs

No children with us

Service and Staff

3 out of 5
Room steward was worst I have encountered on any ship, main dining staff excellent, others were friendly and professional.

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
Many things and places to go to and do.

Cabin / Stateroom

2 out of 5
Not very clean stains on rugs and couch, room was most expensive I have paid for and turned out to be the smallest not happy. Also if you are a larger person forget the shower it's like a tube, bending over is not an option.

Ship tip

Prepare for large lines 6000 people and all wanting to be first!!

Ports of call

Port Canaveral, Florida Did not visit port

Departure Port

Labadee (Cruise Line Private Island)

3 out of 5
Very long walk to shore Wear comfortable shoes you'll need them.

Falmouth, Jamaica

4 out of 5
Another long walk no transportation

Cozumel, Mexico

2 out of 5
Shortest walk to shore and once you get there hold on because the shop keepers will actually grab you and bring you in their store to try and get you to buy something!! anything!!

Disembarkation

1 out of 5
It was like herding cattle and you are the cattle!

@carolinablue17 I will agree with that opinion as well Not too big and not too small with tons to do

In my opinion the Freedom class is the best. Not too big and not too small but has a great mix of all classes of ships.

Sorry but I am not seeing where the bad is other than the shower being small. I do agree with you on the size of the shower, I am 6’4” 250lbs so I see your point but I have been on that ship 3 times and every experience is better than the one before. I also have been on the smaller ships but by far the bigger ones are more luxurious and comfortable Sorry your experience was not that good but I see that overall it wasn’t as bad as u described
