Review summary

With all the rerouting and cancellations it felt like the cruise should have never happened. However, we made the best of it and actually booked another cruise while on the ship

Embarkation

2 out of 5
The first day we got the announcement that going to answer is being cancelled due to someone was ill and we have to go to Nassau instead. But no one was aloud to get off the ship there and we had a day at sea instead. Then we ended up going there another day. Then our stop at Cozumel got cancelled due to a hurricane and ended up 3 days at sea

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
Main dinning and buffets were good but not as good as it uses to be. We didn't want to spend the extra money at a specialty restaurant

Onboard Activities

3 out of 5
My daughter and husband loved the zipline and we spent a lot of time at the pool.

Entertainment

3 out of 5
We loved all the shows but didn't get to see the diving show because it was cancelled due to weather and we were on a shore excursion when it was rescheduled. They would let us in the last show. We were very dissappointed

Service and Staff

3 out of 5
I was just ok. We barely saw the room steward. All waiters were very friendly and upbeat. However, we are breakfast in the dinning room and went to the buffet side. It was all the same food as the windjammer and the service stunk.

Ship Quality

1 out of 5
Very clean. We kept making the mistake of forgetting that you can't get to the 6th floor from the front of the ship. The elevators were very strange in that they would pass you up when they were empty but stopped when they were way too full to get on and half of the buttons didn't work

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
It was fine. We had plenty of space for the 3 of us and was kept very clean

Ship tip

Don't bother going to the dinning room in the buffet side for breakfast

Ports of call

Port Canaveral, Florida Did not visit port

We spot was just there to get on the ship

Labadee (Cruise Line Private Island)

4 out of 5
Loved it. The zipline was great and liked the water slide. My husband and daughter tried the water park with the bouncy play area and felt it was a waist of money. They were too hard to climb. Also, they need to do something about the people selling their stuff. They are way too aggressive and won't leave you alone.

Falmouth, Jamaica

4 out of 5
We absolutely loved Dunns River falls. We had a blast with our guides. We also enjoyed Reggae Hill. We got to sit and relax with drinks and some awesome food

Cozumel, Mexico Did not visit port

It got cancelled due to a hurricane

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
We felt it was very organized. We had no problems finding our luggage and getting on our shuttle bus back to the airport
