This was our first cruise experience and it was great. The ship offered many things to do which was great especially during cruising days. The ship was clean and the staff was very friendly. We will definitely be using Royal Caribbean for our next cruise.

The ships entertainment was good. There were many things to do throughout the day. The shows were creative and very entertaining.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They seemed to be eager to please. Our room was kept orderly and bed made/straightened several times during the day.

Ships design was beautiful. There were fountains,old cars, beautiful staircases. Central Park was very nice with which had vegetation, park benches, cafe's, and stores to browse through. The entire ship was very clean and well maintained.
Cabin / Stateroom

Overall the cabin was nice. The balcony was great. Our bed was not very comfortable as one side was a lot firmer that the other. It looked as if the top mattress was made up of two twin size mattresses put together and one was a lot firmer that the other.
This port was nice and was a shopping day for us. We did the trolley ride tour through Falmouth which was nice. We did not do any excursions as they were 1-2 hours away from the port.
Cozumel was great! It was beautiful and they had great shopping. We did the ATV excursion to the Jade Caverns which was awesome! If you like mud, rocks and don't mind trekking through the jungle, this is the tour for you. It lasted about 3 hours and it was very hot but it was well worth it.
Has anyone done the voom wifi/internet package? I'm wondering if it's improved or the same they had before and so slow cause everyone is using it and get onto it. If it's worth getting.
