Review summary

I enjoyed the zip line, flow rider and rock wall however I felt the service was no where as good as I have received on the freedom of the seas as well as monarch of the seas.. the quality of food was definitely not as good... pretty disappointed after spending $4300 for a vacation... but I would still use Royal carribean anyway... definitely will NEVER book through again.. it was a disaster from the beginning.. nothing but problems

Always book through our private agent. She knows exactly what we like and handles everything. Never a problem in over 25 years of cruising.

My wife and I booked through RC and got a seaview balcony for $2300. You definitely paid too much.

I booked directly with RC to avoid any problems and all it has been is PROBLEMS... it's crazy and they keep making mistakes and I have to keep calling them to fix the mistakes It's extremely frustrating

I'm thinking agent. I have never had an issue booking directly with RC. You read nothing but horror stories booking with an 'agent'.
