Review summary

I liked the ship but it was overwhelmingly huge! I'm still not sure that after 7 days I saw everything on the ship! I had a bad experience with one of the restaurants where they had asked me if I had any food allergies and explained that I had a nut allergy. They served me a dessert with nuts after I specifically asked if it had peanut butter in it and was told no. I ended up at the medical facility on board although I did not have a severe reaction. The medical crew was thorough and professional. I felt it would have been a good gesture for the ship to not charge me for my dinner that evening.

Sorry you had an allergy issue. I have a severe shellfish allergy. When we were on this past March they took every effort to ensure I didn't have an issue. The head dining room manager had me order dinner the night before to ensure no cross contamination. So glad your ok.

We didn't find it overwhelming, we just booked another trip on her to see the rest lol

We have done freedom and Oasis . Oasis was like freedom on snigger scale but didn't find oasis overwhelming as others . Just went where we needed to go Esther than trying to see everything

I also am sorry about the allergy problem. I have a wheat and gluten disorder. Before we booked we called them directly and everything they setup for me was gluten free.

Sorry about the allergy, I've had it happen in town and it sucks. I agree the mega ships are not for everyone. We love them, but we go for the ship not do much the ports now. We gave up day one thinking we'd get to see everything on board and just booked another trip on her - still not sure we've seen everything 😊

Hope you are feeling better. Large ships are not for everyone. Luckily, they come in many sizes.

One thing to never expect is that they will ever compensate a cruiser. They only take money. Ever notice how long it takes for a debit to show on your account versus how long a credit takes? Instant versus days (and you likely will have to fight for the credit)

Did they charge you for treatment?
