Review summary

All the shows were very professional & entertaining.  Watching "Cats" was just like sitting in a Theatre in Broadway!!  Lots of fun things to do & keep you occupied while on the ship & great selection of excursions at each Port.  Only issue was that we had to pay $25 extra per person to get a nice "HOT" dinner at Giovanni's.  We understand that it's a large ship with over 6000 passengers, but the appetizers & dinners were always served warm or just luke warm.  Not very appetizing, especially when paying top dollar for a week at sea.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

Temperature of the food at dinner at the American Icon was always served at warm or luke warm temperatures. Couldn't finish the Escargot.

Service and Staff

Every single employee on the ship had a big smile on their face the entire week!

Cabin / Stateroom

for a larger ship, I was just a bit disappointed that this Cabin was smaller than the same cabin on the Freedom, 3 years ago.

Ship tip

Definitely, make sure to book the shows in advance to guarantee early seating(15 mins.) before the unbooked crowd. The food in the Solarium is better than the food in the Windjammer! If you want "HOT" food for dinner, you'll have to book dinner in the Specialty restaurants. Giovanni's was awesome!

our group booked a "Resort for the Day", Marriott at St. Kitts & we had a blast on the beach & snorkeling all day! Also, access to their pool & amenities.

Do you like intimate cruises more because they have bigger rooms and more friendly people

Shows were excellent. Food was good...not amazing at the buffet or dining room. Hard to do with so many people!
