Review summary

The service was superior the entire trip. Our room attendant, Lambert, dinning room server, Roel, and all of the staff made us feel like a King and Queen. The staff at Izumi were amazing too and made our honeymoon very special. The food in the main dining and Izumi tasted delicious! We attended all of the shows and immensely enjoyed each and everyone of them. Glad that we reserved them in advance. We loved visiting Jamaica and having tour guide, Shamaree and bus driver Richard, Dunns River Fall guide Will and photographer Julian. Loved Haiti and the mile long zip line. Loved the locals at Cozumel, Mexico beach. Thank you Royal Caribbean!!!

Lambert Santos took great care of our room. He was always very pleasant and upbeat. He always gave us tips on daily activities on the boat so we didn't miss breakfast before excursions, or have long to wait for dinner so we made it to the shows. He helped up prepare for leaving, too. Thank you Lambert!

I'll also 2nd the positive service and entertainment experience that Royal Caribbean delivers.  As a note of expectation setting, from experience on both Carnival and RCCL, i would remind a Carnival cruiser that these Mega-Ships do require advanced reservations to avoid missing some of the shows or events. Also, while the food in the Main Dining Room is good, I think you will find the Windjammer to also be a very good choice, in comparison to the Lido.  A stop or 2 at the specialty restaurants like Chops, is another treat well worth the extra cost.

I'll 2nd a very positive experience with Royal Caribbean. Especially sailing on Oasis. I have enjoyed a sample of their fleet and have nothing negative. Hope you have a wonderful cruise.

Nice we can't wait. 69 more days to go and good to see another positive review. I've seen some complain about the service and a rude staff. 3 cruises on Carnival on 3 different ships and we've never experienced a rude staff member. This will be our first on RCC.
