Review summary

Cruise started off a little rough. When we checked into our stateroom, the TV was not working and the toilet was not working properly. On the second day of the cruise, the toilet decided to break and water was spilling all over the floor. Customer service was great! They handled the situation quickly and professionally. My spouse and I enjoyed the ship and our overall experience was great!

At the start of the cruise, the TV was not working and we constantly had problems with our toilet throughout the cruise. The second night of the cruise, the toilet broke and water spilled all over the floor. After the tiolet was fixed, we still had problems with the toilet not wanting to flush properly.
