Room Type: Balcony

The staff was not very friendly

Disappointed in the quality of our upgraded room

Poor communication

The dining room dinners were lukewarm, not fresh

Scheduled activities were not easy to find and they often didn't happen

On the morning of departure early breakfast was not easy to obtain

We did enjoy the couples massage, the adult solarium pool area, the fitness center and running track

On shore excursions booked through royal carribean got cancelled. No one notified us in advance so we could book another excursion.
Cabin / Stateroom
we paid for an upgraded cabin and we were very disappointed in what we got
Ft. Lauderdale (Port Everglades), Florida
Nassau, Bahamas cancelled because of weather
Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas
our excusion was cancelled. we weren't told in advanced and wee unable to book something else
Philipsburg, St. Maarten
we loved the ultimate beach and snorkel excursion
