Review summary
We were very disappointed in the service on this cruise. The staff seemed grumpy and not happy. The food in the main dining room was often cold and over cooked. My daughter found a dead fly in her sauce on her plate. It was awful. Water glasses not filled, ground pepper never offered. The small details and attention to service we loved on the Freedom were non existent on the Oasis. The entertainment was awesome and the ship is beautiful but the staff and service do not compliment this ship.
