Unbelievable Ship!

Sail Date: September 03, 2011

Reviewed: 5 years ago

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Balcony

What a ship! When they say that the ship itself is the destination, they are not kidding! Activities galore! Tons of eating options! A really nice runinning/walking track. A built-in scavenger hunt. Top it all off with a feeling of spaciousness and the smoothest sailing we have ever experienced, and it was a heck of a cruise.

Pros: The feeling of spaciousness while on board

Cons: It's a little crowded in the pool areas on the at sea days

Recommends Oasis of the Seas? Yes!

Ship Quality
Food and Dining
Many choices of restaurants, especially for light snacks and lunch.
Cabin / Stateroom
We had a balcony, and it was well worth it. There is nothing like breakfast on the balcony on the at-sea days.
Service and Staff
Extremely helpful and courteous staff members made for a very pleasant experience.
The musicals were great! As was the ice show.
Falmouth, Jamaica
Falmouth is still a work in progress. We could see that it will be very nice when it is finished.
Don't Miss: Take the trolly tour to see the rest of the town. It provides contrast.
Labadee (Cruiseline Private Island)
We had been to Labadee on a previous cruise 5 years ago, so we weren't planning on visiting this time. We were glad we did. Royal Carribbean has made many improvements since then, and the entire experience was much nicer.
Cozumel, Mexico
We like to brouse the shops downtown, and to listen to the bells of the clock, which play classical music.
Don't Miss: We like the town square.
