Technicians were awesome. When massages were done, they became very pushy sales people, and weren't hearing our hesitation. Next thing we knew we had bags of production in hand and out the door. Worse than timeshare salesman.

My massage was AMAZING! However, once she was done, she was incredible pushy trying to get me to buy more products. Which is a huge turnoff! The products were nice, but super pricey and the massage itself was already expensive (expected on a cruise).

We showed up and were taken downstairs where we were left to an empty desk for a few minutes. Someone showed up, took us to another room where we waited alone for a while until we caught her again. And she looked like she had forgotten about us. The massage was nice - a little too “personal” as they were getting a little too close for comfort on both my husband and myself. At the end, they of course had a nice little sales pitch where they tried to sell is on almost $200 of stuff and didn’t seem to want to take no for an answer.

Didn't use the fitness center but it looked very nice. The free facial treatment and sunglow was a disapointment. On the tv it said free sample and the demo person was very rude when we asked questions during the treatment and especially when we asked about it. The salon service was very unprofessional! My cabinmate even had pictures of how she wanted her make-up done and her hair done and they did a terrible job. My make-up was not complete. Eyeshadow was put on just around my eyes and none on lids. No mascara was applied and my hair was nothing special. On top of that the bill was jacked up $10 per service then quoted and we had to ask to have it corrected. I would never go back and have this service. We were late for dinner due to having to go back to our room and redo make-up and fix hair.
