My massage was AMAZING! However, once she was done, she was incredible pushy trying to get me to buy more products. Which is a huge turnoff! The products were nice, but super pricey and the massage it... self was already expensive (expected on a cruise). Read More

We showed up and were taken downstairs where we were left to an empty desk for a few minutes. Someone showed up, took us to another room where we waited alone for a while until we caught her again. An... d she looked like she had forgotten about us. The massage was nice - a little too “personal” as they were getting a little too close for comfort on both my husband and myself. At the end, they of course had a nice little sales pitch where they tried to sell is on almost $200 of stuff and didn’t seem to want to take no for an answer. Read More

I did receive an excellent massage from Janice. However, I only give 3 stars because of their sub-par thermal suite. This is something I would usually love to treat myself to, but it did not appear... worth it. There were only 4 thermal loungers with a view of a wall and doors to sauna, steam room and spa shower. There was a changing room with showers to use, but lacked in amenities. One girl who gave me a tour on the 1st day said that the showers were only for people who buy a thermal suite package; not true. They would not sell me a day pass on the first day because they were trying to sell the week long passes first. I’m comparing this to the Disney Dream Senses Spa which had 6 or 8 thermal loungers with a view of the ocean; not a wall and doors. Several various rain Forrest showers and dry and wet saunas. A very nice dressing room with several showers to use. The Vitality Spa is probably great if you want to indulge in all of the treatments. I just wanted an hour of respite in a thermal suite and it was very uninviting. They need to tour Disney’s to get some tips. Read More
