Review summary

We went on our honeymoon and we had a great time doing shire excursions and it the specialty restaurants were amazing. Lots of great shows and shopping. I’d do it again with a few changes.

Amazing food and staff. We tried to go there multiple times but they were booked. Definitely make a reservation! You can’t miss this

We showed up and were taken downstairs where we were left to an empty desk for a few minutes. Someone showed up, took us to another room where we waited alone for a while until we caught her again. And she looked like she had forgotten about us. The massage was nice - a little too “personal” as they were getting a little too close for comfort on both my husband and myself. At the end, they of course had a nice little sales pitch where they tried to sell is on almost $200 of stuff and didn’t seem to want to take no for an answer.

Service and Staff

4 out of 5
Everyone was super friendly but one of the staff sucked her teeth at me for not letting her pour hand sanitizer on my already washed hands. She got a little nasty.

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
The ship was always clean but the covered smoking area on deck 15 was way too closed in - you’d think being outside it would be ventilated but walking through there at any given time was breath taking and not in a good way.

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
The beds were a little worn, the couch was hard but it was always clean. Room enough for two people but more would have been too much.

Ship tip

Get the dining package. Take advantage of on going sales. 150 Central Park is a must as well as Chops.

You shouldn’t refuse hand sanitizer as it is for your health too. Was on the Crown one cruise where many were sick thought we were going to be quarantined there were so many sick. If you didn’t use sanitizer each time you were asked to leave. I was glad to see them trying to keep the rest of us healthy.

I also felt like the smoke smell was overpowering when we would go to main dining room on level 4. I couldn’t smell it in the restaurant but walking through the hallway to the restaurant.

Not saying that you should have sanitized your hands again, and there was certainly no reason for her getting nasty about it but we have faced this same problem before. I told the guy at the sanitizer station that I just sanitized my hands on the other side. He ask that I do it again stating his manager could be watching and they have a 'no exception' policy. If a manager sees a passenger pass through that doesn't sanitize then they have to explain why. So now we sanitize regardless if it was a few minute ago or less then a minute ago. Keeps everyone happy.....

Don’t let little things that you can avoid ruin your cruise every cruise that you go on will have some kind of hickup that you won’t like but don’t that ruin keep on cruising it’s one of the best values for your vacation money I love to cruise
