Norwegian Wind

Sail date: December 30, 2006

Ship: Norwegian Wind

Cabin type: Oceanview

Traveled as: Couple

Review summary

The Norewegian Wind was a good ship. We had a good cruise. I was not at all pleased with the service we received in the dining hall. We all felt that the wait staff in the dining areas were just being trained to work on the cruise line. I would never sail on a free style cruising venue again. I guess we have been spoiled by our other cruises.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
Food quality was good. There was certainly variety in dining. It was difficult to always get into a restaurant. One night it was closed for a private party, another time we were told we could only make reservations at the five thirty and eight thirty times. When we tried to make the reservations then we were told we could make reservations.
