I almost gave up cruising after this one. Horrible customer service, food tasted old & stale, rude staff. I’ll never sail Norwegian again

I had similar experience with a Royal C cruise. I enjoyed Norwegian much more.

Your experience on a cruise is what you're willing to put into it. If you'd go in with a positive attitude you'll be fine. Just think about what you would have with the stress of staying home!

We have only ever sailed with NCL, and had never experienced anything bad at all. I mean I appreciate the fact that I dont, have to cook or clean, or listen to my teens complaining about nothing to do. We have always had a wonderful time.

How can a cruise be horrible?!? Honestly? There might be things that are not perfect, but overall I always enjoyed all cruises I've done. Positive attitude equals great and fun cruise!

The ncl sun cruise is awful and not anything close to an example of even a mediocre cruise
