Review summary

This was a short trip with a large group. The open bars meant not great service. Everybody was drinking too much. None of the waitstaff was being attentive and they were no special activities. The boat itself is relatively clean and nice. The state rooms are quite large.

Very small pool. No special features like slide or rock wall or anything!!

They refused to allow a twelve year old who is traveling with 14 year olds to go to teen club. Very disappointing for all since we were stuck babysitting when the kids were supposed to be playing aclubs!!

Service and Staff

Very rude desk person for breakfast at the dining room. Our group had initially told her 10 people, but when other people showed up, in spite of having open tables nearby, she refused to let us sit with them. She actually made us leave the dining room and eat at the buffet in spite of open tables everywhere in the dining room A manager in the buffet stated he was going to correct the situation for us, but never did.
