While on board I had a great time. . But I don't think I would rebook with Norwegian again. . Due to the mix-up in the package deal And the trouble it took to Make it right which it still isn't. We were sent to the wrong City. And had to pay out-of-pocket for a hotel room and transport. Twice totaling over $344. We were only reimbursed for partial, And never once did we get an apology.

Being my first cruise and hearing from others who had taken them. I was very disappointed in the food selection. . I opted out of the drink packages because I'm not a drinker. . I found that you could not get the so-called free drinks at any of the bars. So without having to go to the restaurants if they were open. You could not get anything to drink while sitting by the pool or any other place. A waitress asked if I wanted anything when I was by the pool I asked for some tea and she said oh, I'm sorry. I meant from the bar and left.

The pool area was not the biggest. And the water was too cold. So it was always empty. . The hot tubs were always full. . Other than that, I could not find much to do. Besides going to shows

Our room Stewart was amazing. The staff at the Bars, and otherwise came across a little rude. . Especially when asking for one of the so-called free drinks. . Which we were promptly told no.

I did not care for this port it was to touristy. It was all about small shops selling trinkets. I really wanted to see the island not salespeople... But to be fair we did not plan any excursions that day. . So I only got to see very little once off the boat
I absolutely loved this port. . I went on the trails They are absolutely beautiful . I did the manatee/sea lion Excursion. I was very disappointed in the fact that we couldn't take our own pictures during the Excursion. . I bought a underwater camera strictly for that. After spending so much money on that Excursion. I could not believe that you weren't allowed to take your own photos of what you purchased.
The disembarkment was confusing to me And when asking directions the staff did not seem helpful I felt like they were put out.. I wasn't aware that we had to set our suitcases out the night before. . And in my rush to do so I packed Items I needed for the next morning. . Also to get up and off the ship so early then to the airport which we had a 7 hour layover due to the package deal Was very disappointing. We asked about an earlier flight and were told that the only way we could do it was to repurchase a new ticket. .
Putting luggage out the night before is standard cruise practice not just NCL. Maybe Google ahead of time, ask questions, etc to be an informed traveler.
