We all enjoyed the cruise to Cozumel very much. WE are planning our next cruise with Norwegian. I actually wanted to book or put a deposit down while on the cruise, but the Cruise Next guy was busy every single time I went by to sit with him. Maybe have another representative to help. I did let Guest Services know I was willing and able to put a deposit down for a Cruise Next and they did inform me of the times he will be at his station, but he was very busy. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Everything was super. We at at 7 Seas, Four Seasons, Los Lobos, La Cuchina, Teppanyaki, Garden Cafe, outdoor cafe, Sports Bar and the Pizza Buffet. All were delicious and many varieties. Desserts are especially good and breads.

We enjoyed the pool mostly. We participated in the majority of the games, game shows etc. Very fun and made us laugh very much.

Julie, the Cruise Director and her staff were marvelous. Dale our room Steward was efficient and attentive and gave us 5 star service. Htet at the Los Lobos restaurant was very personable and fun.

Loved our cabin. It was roomy and loved the balcony. We took advantage of the balcony to see the sunsets/sunrises and stars every day. The room was well maintained and equipped.
Ship tip
Experience the Specialty restaurants, especially Teppanyaki! A great time. And GREAT food!
We did not LOVE this Port. The prices were very high! On all levels. Restaurant was very expensive for chips and salsa, $14.00. Chips and guacamole, $14.00. Stores had prices really high too. Not really the best. Next time we cruise and it takes us there, we will probably stay on the ship and enjoy the ammenities there.
We LOVED Cozumel. We went to Playa Mia, had lunch on the beach. So delicious and so reasonably priced. We had the best day there. We brought our own snorkeling equipment and thoroughly enjoyed the colorful fish we could see. Exquisite. The shops by the Port were awesome and so well priced, compared to Costa Maya. Very much enjoyed Cozumel and look forward to going back.
We had the same problem with meeting with one of the next cruise guys, but did finally get with one of them on the Jewel. We were not impressed, he was not very knowledgeable about the itineraries and promotions they had going on. Our NCL contact at home already had given us a much better price on the cruise we are looking at than the cruise guy on the ship. We have been using the same NCL travel agent over the phone from home for our two last cruises and she has done a great job. She is very knowledgeable and try to find the best prices and give you as many perks as possible. She even let you know if prices has dropped or if there is good deal on upgrades. Plus she follows up after the cruise and will address any complaints or suggestions you may have with NCL. I am not sure every NCL customer rep is like her, but I feel we are lucky having her as a contact and have found she give you the best prices of anyone. 👍😄
