Overall a good cruise for the money. However, we were very upset that we paid for the "streaming internet package". The internet was not able to stream and was basically at dial -up speed. Basically a total waste of money and caused a lot of frustration. We needed the best internet we could get so that we could work on this trip. The internet on the ship was not useable. We ended only being able to work once we got off the ship in Nassau and was able to get better internet buying paying for an upgrade through our phone carrier.
Embarkation
5 out of 5
Terminal not nearly as nice as Royal Carribbean or Disney but service was good and lines moved quick
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
3 out of 5
Dinner items were hit or miss. Food was often not as described (i.e. shrimp arugula salad was actually shrimp and spinach), fish dinner often over cooked and dry. Buffet area was very disorganized and caused unnecessary crowding. Examples: Cereal not anywhere near the milk, the omelet station would hold up the whole line (should be its own separate area, coffee was not near the milk/cream area. Also the access to the elevator was through the buffet restaurant which also caused too much traffic. Service at main dining was not always consistent. We did not always have a beverage server and usually did not get offered more than one drink at dinner. Would have to ask the server several times for espresso ordered at dinner.

Ship Quality

Very clean ship. Buffet area very poorly organized and did not like that you have to walk through to get to the elevator.
