We loved the cruise cant wait to go again. We had a few issues but totally worth it.
my only suggestion, is that the employees need to SMILE MORE, and they need to know the layout of the ship, when a guest ask where something is at, especially Guest services, since that is where everyone goes for EVERYTHING INCLUDING DIRECTIONS AROUND THE SHIP.
Embarkation

Boarding the shop was very unwelcoming, the employee did not smila or they did not say anything about "welcoming us aboard" We were not given a map of the ship. We didnt know where to go, no direction or communication while we just go on the ship. No help whatsoever. VERY DISAPPOINTED!
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
3 out of 5
loved the food, very surprised on how good it was. I could say that it was better than the Disney Dream. On the last night they a whole roasted pig and blue cheese and other items on the buffet too, very impressed. We went to the main dining every night and went to the buffets for breakfast and lunch. We also went to the Mexican restaurant it was ok. Loved the guacamole. We bought the drink package, TOTALLY WORTH IT. My son got food poisoning from eating the pork belly in one of the main dining rooms " Seven Seas" he was sick the last 2 nights of the cruise.

Entertainment

Shows are a little cheesy. Needs better entertainment.
Service and Staff
4 out of 5
Some of the staff were nice. But, most were rude and definitely DID NOT KNOW WHERE SOME THING WERE ON THE SHIP. We were going to GSC and we rent a villas they port early and we were trying to find out were we meet since we came in early and NO ONE KNEW. And we asked were was this Italian restaurant was because that is were we had to meet up at. They had NO CLUE!!! We even went to Guest Services and they didn't know either. After 15 mins and 10 employees later, we left and finding our own way to the villa.
Ship Quality
4 out of 5
5 for cleanliness and 4 for design. We felt very closed in, comparing to other ships like Disney, they have a open concept. My suggestion: I think that maps need to be located throughout the ship. Posting names by an the elevator and handing a piece of paper in the beginning of the cruise. Which the guest will lose. Posting signs saying, "YOU ARE HERE" and a picture of the ship would be very helpful for us. WE were not the only one's that got lost and trying to find our way around.
Cabin / Stateroom
5 out of 5
GREAT SIZE!!! very spacious!!! for an interior cabin. I would definitely get it again. We were very comfortable and the we loved the pillow. The only thing wish the shower was a little bit bigger. Rooms were always cleaned.
Ship tip
Do your research before crusing with them. Read all reviews. But we loved and plan on going again.
We have been to Key West before, but we drove. Very touristy. We did no excursions only walked about 20 blocks to go see the southernmost point of the USA. TAKE TAXI OR SCOOTER!!! VERY LONG WALK. LOL
WOW!!!!! THE BEST PRIVATE ISLAND EVER. We rented a villa and totally worth every penny. Private area. Villa WAS SO PRETTY. Couch, TV with new releases and free snacks (fruit and chip/salsa) Bathroom to was very nice. Very modern and new. Can't wait to go again.
