Waiters and room stewards seemed to be very sad. One of the stewards referred to ship as his prison. Our room steward was good, we liked one waitress in the main dining room and kept asking to be seated with her to get good service.

Smaller ship, easy to get around. Clean public restrooms.
Immigration process was very easy, fast flowing lines. If you plan on currency exchange, get Euros or Canadian dollars to avoid the additional 10% fee for US dollars changing. If you need trade CUC back only US dollars are exchanged. The currency exchange office was open till 8 pm on a weekday. We did a walking excursion in the Old Havana, and then wondered around on our own.
We did an eco tour on the Monkey river, next time will stay on the island - what a beautiful place. The infrastructure is excellent, nice beach and pool.
We did Salsas and Salsa excursion, which was very fun. The beach is ok, water clean, the local vendors are a bit pushy on the beach. The shopping center by the pier has a lot of small stores for souvenirs.
Grab a luggage tag the before and disembark when your color is called. Walked off the boat easily, got the bags right away and the customs process was a breeze.
