OVerall a GREAT trip ! Ship was clean, Cabin Steward(ess) was on top of any requests, and food was as expected. Good, not great, and not worth any Upcost restaurants. Table service was great and not a single incident of rudeness. Shows were terriffic.

One important heads-up> We packed a suitcase of toiletries, t-shirts, school supplies, chocolate, etc to give to our tour operator, guide and driver (including the small suitcase on wheels.). They would NOT let us thru immigration with the items ( nor the folks in from of us) and we had to bring it ALL back onto the ship. Was informed that if we bring goods individually ( one toothbrush, one sun screen, one bar of soap, one hair product, one Advil etc) that we could get items in , no prob. So... we did that with just a few items in my hand bag. Plan ahead. Individual back packs with one of any item are considered for personal use. They do not accept multiple same items "It's a gift !" as a reason. They consider that the recipiant will resell the times. Wound up giving the entire suitcase full of items to our cabin steward(ess) who teared up in appreciation. So ther was an upside... But our cruise operator (Fernando, with Fertours) was so disappointed that the chocolate and Nutella could not be brought in... Plan accordingly and you'll succeed ! And I HIGHLY recommend Fertours. Our guide and driver were excellent. The last hour of thunderstorms set us back, and we didn't venture back out in the evening. Our adult "kids" did, for drinks and music and enjoyed it. We stayed dry and happy to be on the ship for the evening.
