To whom it may concern... Our overall experience was fantastic. I was disappointed about my customer service experience. I booked through a travel agency, which I personally felt the advertisements for the key west & cuba cruise was misleading. Then the breakdown of the bill was incorrect. I was promise free gratuity and free upgrade with all stateroom, which didn't happen. I ended up paying more tham expected. Norwegian customer service sucks, they deactivated my cards, whereas I wasn't able to purchase anything. My trip was relaxing!!! I will never booked through world trade travel again.Embarkation
