Review summary

The ports were the only thing that was redeemable about this cruise to me. Staff often seemed unfriendly. Never felt "pampered" as I have in the past on another cruise line. Don't think I will be returning to this cruise line.

Ship tip

Bed was very very uncomfortable. Staff was not friendly. Very small for a cruise ship. The cabin steward was the friendliest of the staff. Cruise director was very entertaining.

Excursion was good. The glass bottom boat was not as air conditioned as they made it seem. Just seemed a little long to get to coral reef and back.

HAVANA, CUBA

Fascinating country. Not at all what I expected. Much better. Never felt unsafe when walking around. Excursion to cigar factory was great. Little disappointed with Rum factory - didn't actually get to see the "factory". Also, did not go to hotel that was advertised for purchasing cigars.
