Review summary
Our first taste of cruising has led to an addiction! This trip was easy, easy, easy. The shuttle from Tampa airport to the cruise terminal to checking in and embarkation went without a hitch and moved quickly. Our bags were delivered to our spacious balcony room where we unpacked and had room to spare. The ship was easy to navigate, the crew friendly and eager to help, activities plentiful... we didn't have to figure things out, it was all done for us by the shore excursion staff and the cruise director; we just picked what we wanted to do. Easy peasy. The one challenge was figuring out where to eat each meal - all the restaurants were delicious. This is one of Norwegian's smaller ships and we liked that very well and would choose it again. Despite the fact that it is a smaller cruise ship there are plenty of places to be by yourselves and quiet if you want, as well as livelier areas to socialize. Overall great experience.

Ship tip
The freestyle dining was just what we'd hoped for, relaxed and easy. No pressure to be someplace at a certain time. Some people did dress up, others didn't. The food was so good we didn't have any interest in the specialty restaurants.
