Review Summarywe were very disapointed from the moment of the drill it was not very informing and the staff was not friendly they seemed very TIRED!!! then the ship was not well taken care of, we were surprise that the ship was built in 2001 , it seemed old . The food in the garden cafe buffet was not good and with little choices !! Staff seemed tired and fustrated . Overall it seemed like they were trying to save money in everything, it seemed everything was of poor quality like everything was cheap !! even the bathroom towels were harsh and it they looked old.. in resume thehy seemed cheap even the photograph backgrounds were boring and dull and not many choices the poses were always the same and pictures were more expensive from Carnival Sensation pictures and the paper were cheapand they didnt even give you a folder to put them on .... Everything looked like they were trying to save every little money with that compromising the little things that make a cruise special (the towels the robe in the room the friendliness of the staff etc..
Ports Of Call
Pros: Chocoholic Buffet and sitting arrangements
Cons: Food in the buffet ,ship was not well taken care of and most of the crew was not friendly they seemed tired and fustrated.
