it was a horrible cruise because of the ship; however, Ireland itself was amazing!

the free food was horrible most of the time. it took forever to get our food. did not have a good selection to choose from. it seemed that it was understaffed. the specialty dining had better food, but you had to pay for that.

on one of the excursions, the ship director was so rude to a passenger in front of everyone. lots of shouting, over directions of what bus to get on.

we had a balcony room. it was extremely small. we had our grandson in the room with us. they made up the sofa as a bed. futon's are more comfortable or prehaps he floor. we could not walk to the balcony because there was not enough room. if we had 12 inches from the wall to the sofa bed that is saying alot. the bathroom you could not move in. the toliet area was so small, if i was a large passenger, there would not be enough room for me to get in there.
Cabin / Stateroom

this was the smallest room i had ever had on a cruise. we paid top dollar for balcony room and could not enjoy our room. the Norwegian Star should not be charging what they do for the sizes of their rooms.
Something does not make sense me, you list your cabin # as 4001, which is small inside room at the bottom of the ship not a balcony. I suspect that your complaints are due to poor research and not and not being experienced traveller or cruiser than anything else.
