Review summary
Cabin position on the ship was a real issue. Front desk staff had no authority to make any changes. Took a while to get managers attention to the issue. It got resolved but took better part of two days. Too bad. Cruise was the first NCL visit to Ireland for the season and it showed in preparation. Worst was the first stop where there were no buses or taxis to accommodate 1000+ disembarking passengers, who all desire to visit Waterford. NCL will learn and I am sure will fix these problems in upcoming trips. The entertainment onboard was definitely a cut above normal NCL level. Very high class in both music and shows.Embarkation
