The ship had to replace a part on the previous journey which needed to be eased in - meaning the ships speed was reduced and hence we skipped a number of ports - we were advised of this before we left Australia and given the option of cancelling or receiving a 50% refund and a credit towards a future cruise - so we were well looked after.
