I would not at all recommend Norwegian. The staff is not trained well, not helpful, not friendly. The food is mediocre. The entertainment is lacking, especially at sea days and the cruise is completely disorganized when it comes to disembarkation. I would highly recommend Disney!

Onboard Activities

There were very little interesting activities during days at sea. The pool was very small. The Adult section allowed children under 3 to enter and get in the hot tub, there was no enforcement of the rules.
Entertainment

The music was WAY TOO loud, must have been 105+ dB! Ridiculously loud and uncomfortable. The Cabaret show allowed children under 13 to enter and watch which was disturbing. Again, no enforcement of the rules.

Everytime I asked directions or for something, I was told I don't know with no intention of helping. This is a far cry from the experience I have had on Disnery cruises. I called prior and asked about amenities, and was incorrectly advised. I asked where the adult section was, and was told the ship does not have one. I asked for the ice cream bar and was told there was only the soft serve ice cream. I called room service for a pitcher of water (which my cabin steward told me to do) and was told I would have to purchase a water package. My cabin steward called for me and was able to have a pitcher delivered at no charge.

For the most part the ship was clean. Often the smell of sewage was noted.
Terrible. There were no signs anywhere. We paid for the transfer to the airport, and had to wait 45 minutes for a bus because Norwegian did not properly calculate the number of transfers. That is ridiculous. They knew well in advance how many buses they would need and did not plan accordingly.
I was on the star back to back my food was good they treat me like a queen. No cruise is perfect but I ate at the Versailles it was very good I ask if they had coconut cream pie the next day i was ready for desert after dinner they ask if i wanted coconut cream pie they made it special for me i thank them it was good also I ate at specialty resturant was good. What resturant did you eat at?
