Review summary

Overall the cruise was not a good experience. Although the food was pretty good in the dining rooms, this did not make up for the other shortfalls. I will not be sailing again with NCL and this experience has put me off future cruises in general.

All was OK until we pointed out that there was a long hair in the tomatoes at the pool buffet. Without eye contact or comment, the buffet attendant took the dish of tomatoes, pulled the hair out and then returned the dish to the buffet. Totally revolting

Did not get off boat. Mazatlan is not an attractive city and is not a good destination. Unclear why on board activities (eg shuffleboard) were restricted while in port.

Cabo is a great destination so it is baffling why we were only given half a day at this port when we were in Mazatlan for a full day
